I still need to gather a bunch of mushrooms and plan things out to get the perfect set of numbers--and sometimes need to plan out several generations in a row!--so the effort still feels rewarded. It is more of an 'active' breeding system than past games. Less waiting, less RNG, more gameplay.

using the empyrean variant instead of the normal variant makes Pondmother cutscene stuck on only Mudborne Gameplay you going up instead of also the hat guy, even though the pondmother accepts the sleeping variant
